"Developing and growing Cerisport has been the best thing I have done in my career. I still love teaching my classes and personal clients and continue to feel passionate about helping people to reach their full potential in terms of their health and fitness. What makes Cerisport so special is the people who come to us! The lovely rapport between the participants and the fun they bring to every session is a motivator to our teaching team in itself! I've no plans to ever stop teaching because I love the rewarding feeling of being able to make a difference to how people feel and live their lives."

Opinions about us
I loved every second of my prenatal pilates classes with Ceri. As a mum to a toddler already, it was my weekly ‘me’ time. Each class made me feel energised, yet relaxed and I was able to maintain the classes right up until 40 weeks…my son was born a week later, at home in a relaxed, quick pool birth. And I credit Ceri’s pilates classes for keeping me fit and strong during pregnancy and teaching me how to breathe and control my body enough to have a safe home labour. I recommend Ceri’s classes to everyone I know when pregnant - she is a special lady.
Laurena
I started with Ceri at 6 months pregnant, the prenatal Pilates classes were excellent to stretch out tight muscles in a safe way...also introduced me to the Swiss ball which was a lifesaver towards the end of my pregnancy.
I then started postnatal Pilates with Ceri 6 weeks after my little boy arrived. I was desperate to get back to exercise & was able to do this again in a safe environment. Ceri taught us to use our breath & listen to our bodies & within a matter of a few weeks I felt much stronger & was able to start challenging myself.
4 months on & I’ve ‘graduated’ having learnt a lot about my body & exercise which I will take forward with me in my exercise regime.

You really are an amazing teacher, you've helped me to love my body, it's strength and resilience, even after 2 babies!

Just wanted to say that the class tonight was the best class I have ever been to! It was amazing and was hard but there's no pain in my back whatsoever so it's given me new hope. I can't tell you how happy that makes me feel.
